Welcome Week in Birmingham Uni

right. so i have 3 british girls and a half malaysian but british born girl as flatmates.

and i'm terrified. TERRIFIED big block capital letters. and so far i have only saw a china girl in my accomodation site.

tips for ppl staying in western country with english friends, make sure u know how to cook sweet and sour chicken or at least memorise the receipe, coz they love it and when u say chinese food, that's what they conjure in their mind.

to think i purposedly clarify that i cook CHINESE food(that'll put them off and i am telling the TRUTH) when my flatmates ask if i were planning to cook, and they went''ooo, i love chinese food!!!''

i dont want to be reprimanded for poisoning my flatmates even before i start learning how to heal sick people=(

actually they are super friendly, but have been spending my first few nights with dad so havent got a chance to really get to know them. let's see how everything goes.

been struggling with this clubbing issue. really not a fan of clubbing coz i feel so out of place. but fresher's social activities here=clubbing, nights out in pubs. i used to think maybe i should just go and give it a try so as not to be a social outcast.

but since meeting with some malaysian friends who hold they own stands and views, i realised that i shouldnt change myself just so that i can blend in. i've changed my views on clubbing since coming to uk, it's not sth bad, but if i dont enjoy it, i dont have to pressure myself either. maybe someday , when i do feel comfortable enough i might just venture in with friends.

lots of malaysians here, boys doing engineering twinning from taylors. daddy say should get to know them so that i have an army to call up upon in case i get bullied. hahaha. how cool would that be! attacked a few today, will proceed on^^

my new year resolution (it's kinda late for this but..)i wanna be CONFIDENT!!!

mayday in autocity!!!

this, is TRIUMPH, autograph by all 5 members of the top music band in asia!!!(though still havent figured out which one was scribbled by my hubby ashin)

it was literally pouring that night, and we had to do without umbrellas as not to block the view of other fans behind us. drenched (housefly soup)but had a terrific time singing screaming and dancing in the rain^^went with yin shan, connie, xin ying, bin bin

they performed 6 songs :

i never dreamt that i could actually one day see dear ashin that upclose, was so dazed by the fact that i forgot to grab his hands during the autograph session. connie crouched and sobbed when she got off stage, coz ashin leaned forward to listen intently to her message. argh!!! i should have grabbed him and planted a big wet kiss on his handsome face!!!

i..forgot...to bring..my...camera....
