carrot cupcakes that smells divinely of cinnamon! i added alot to cover the ginger and nutmeg smell. this is my 3rd try, the next time i will decorate it with cream cheese frosting!peanut butter banana oatmeal cupcakes! but because the peanut butter i used was not creamy and salty enough, i could barely taste it=( the cake was really dense with banana though. i hide banana slices at the bottom and caramelised slices on top for the last 5 minutes of baking.
will be coating it with cadbury chocolate spread before i give it out to my coursemates tomorrow- my first day of hospital teaching!!
not the best cupcake ever but hope it'll sell>< i had 3 myself for breakfast and it was really filling!
